This week, is our first sprint meeting. During this meeting, we created user stories for our features. After coming up with the user stories, we prioritise the features. Since we have already determined the main factor of what causes the spread of the influenza virus, overcrowding, therefore, we decided to prioritise booking at the top of the priority list.
1. Book Appointment
2. Journal
3. Tracking of Vaccines near you
4. Self-Diagnosis
5. QR Code
6. Medical History/ Records
7. Queuing System
After discussing with one another again, we decided to look back at the challenge, and decided to change our how the priority of the features since we decided to tackle ‘Tracking of Vaccines’ as part of the challenge. We agreed that what caused the spread of the influenza is because of overcrowding hence, the ‘Queuing System’ feature is placed as second in the priority list.
Final priority List:
1. Tracking of Vaccines near you
2. Queuing System
3. QR Code
4. Book Appointment
5. Self-Diagnosis
6. Journal
7. Medical History/Records

Since, we plan to deal with the user’s medical records, it is essential for us to know the relevant legal problems we might face when storing medical records. Therefore, I did some research on what we need to take note of when storing a patient’s medical record.
From the research, I found out that there is a PDPA for Healthcare. The PDPA states that we would need to notify the individual the purpose for collecting, using and disclosure of the personal data collected. Permission is needed from the individual when information is being passed from one organization to another. Limited access of personal records are given to doctors and healthcare personnel who are involved in care for patient and to support internal processes to ensure confidentiality.
